Quiche with Salmon // Recipes

IMG_1928Well hello lovely readers. This is one of the best recipes if ever eaten. I eat every Tuesday by my grandma and she made this, and I knew for sure y’all would love this. This is a repice for 4 persons, so if you’re with only 2 people you need to half everything. So here’s the recipe, special for you.

  • 300 gr of graden peas
  •  10 sheets of filo pastry
  • 4 tablespoons of dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 500 gr of salmon
  • 200 g light cream cheese & garlic fine spices
  • 100 gr of butter

    Things you need to do:

  • Let the garden peas and filo pastry thaw according to package directions. Chop the dill finely. Scrub the lemon and grate the yellow skin of the lemon thinly and press the fruit out. Cut the salmon into pieces and IMG_1927sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle over a little bit of lemon juice. Stir the cream cheese in a bowl with pepper. Spoon the garden peas, dill, lemon zest and finally the salmon through.
  • Melt the butter and brush the pastry into it generously with. Brush half of the sheets of filo with butter and place the other half on it. Lay the sheets in the form that they slightly overlap each other. Spoon the salmon in the shape and fold the dough to shut up. The dough may be wrinkled.
  • Brush the dough generously with remaining melted butter and place the cake in the refrigerator until use. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the cake on a rack in the center of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Cooked and golden brown.
