Hello everybody, today again a smoothie recipe. But this time it’s a bit different, it’s a dairy-free smoothie. That means, it’s a smoothie without any milks, yogurts of anything like that. I hope you guys like it as much as the green smoothie. This smoothie contains strawberry’s, don’t you like strawberry’s? Than can you replace it with blue berry’s, raspberry’s, banana, apple or any kind of fruit of yours choice. Do you want to know how you can make this super easy, delicious but still healthy smoothie? Let’s get started!
Things you need to have:
1 cup of strawberry’s or any kind of fruit that you like
1/4 cup of water
4 ice cubes or less
1 teaspoon of honey
Wash and remove the green parts of your strawberry’s.
Do your water and strawberry’s in the blender.
Then add your honey and ice cubes.
Blend this in the beginning on lowest setting and then gradually build up the speed until it’s a red liquid.
Blend it for another 30 second on the highest setting to vent the smoothie.
Serve your fat-free smoothie with strawberry’s or the fruit species you’ve used.
