PreWorkout-Blog3Hello everybody. I’m Renske and I’m 14 years old. I want to change my lifestyle and make it healthy and pretty. That’s why I’ve this blog. I hope you like it and I want to give you guys a easy mode smoothie and isn’t only easy but also delicious. So let’s get started!


Things you need to have:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk,
  • 1 large apple, cored, any variety
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 lemon

Things you need to do:

  • Blend the spinach until smooth.
  • Blend with the spinach the almond milk also until smooth.
  • Wash, core and slice the apple in small pieces and blend it also with the spinach and almond milk.
  • Peel the banana and squeeze the lemon and blend it with the previous ingredients.
  • Blend half teaspoon in everything.
  • Pour your green smoothie in to your glass of choose and squeeze a little bit on top.
